At last a chance for grown-ups to have some fun! The Feelgood Factor is a theatre workshop group for everyone over the age of 18. has theatre games, improvisation, playreadings and all kinds of performance-based fun – in a friendly, fun and supportive environment where everyone is encouraged to ‘Be Your Best’!
As with all Best classes, the main aim is to have fun. But also we ensure an entirely safe environment where everyone feels free to give things a go. In these difficult times, the opportunities to be able to create, communicate and interact are immensely valuable. Being able to exchange ideas and skills is liberating and exciting and we aim to make The Feelgood Factor a place where you can come to feel welcome, silly, explorative, curious and joyful.
Everyone is welcome from the absolute first timer to the seasoned pro. The only requirement is that you are 18 years or older (and let’s face it, most of us parents and carers fall into the ‘older’ bracket!
It’s led by Lisa Schulberg (Best Director and owner of Tip of the Iceberg Theatre Co.), Catherine Lomax (ex Artistic Director of the Gordon Craig Theatre, Stevenage) and Dawn Hudson who, as well as leading the drama teaching at Best’s musical theatre classes, has taught for the education departments of both the Royal National Theatre and Shakespeare’s Globe.
The group is meeting ONLINE on Thursdays for the autumn term, starting 19th November and ending 17th December, 8pm-9.30pm.

It’s only £50 for the remainder of this term (pro-rata for new joiners). Click the link below to book.
